If my memory serves me correctly, it was Ken Livingstone in the seventies who encouraged the attitude of " Accuse and Demand - Accuse and Demand - Accuse and Demand " amongst minority groups right across the board. The money that this man "Granted" to all sorts, when he was the leader of the then GLC, is still legendary today. This was because in those days Labour was so unpopular, that Buying Votes was one of the only ways that they had of getting any votes at all. These days New Labour has learned the lesson and gone one better, it now permits future voters to enter the country illegally, under the guise of being Asylum Seekers ( Economic Migrants )
